Rahim is a very versatile developer – he is a strong application developer, database developer, and batch systems programmer when necessary. He does what it takes to provide the business what it needs to succeed. He is always researching technology developments and bringing new ideas to bear to help solve business problems.

He possesses superior interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills and would be a huge asset to any technology organization.

I directly managed Rahim for nearly 4 years at Consumer Source, Inc. where he played a key role in helping the company solidify its place as the clear leader in the online marketing space in the multihousing industry.

Rahim and I have worked together on a range of projects off and on for going on 5 years and he is always a resource that comes to mind when a development project crosses my path. I know that no matter how difficult or confusing the project might seem Rahim will tackle it head on and make sense out of the requirements chaos that so often occurs.

In juggling multiple clients and multiple projects it is refreshing to have a developer come to the team and remove an area of concern from my plate. I know that Rahim will provide an honest assessment of the scope, will provide frequent updates, raise concerns when appropriate and most of all will get the job done. His blend of problem-solving skills and his ability to speak to both technical leads and business owners alike make him a unique asset in development circles.

On top of his high-level work products and his communication skills it’s also nice to know that Rahim cares about the end product and stands behind it. Too often, in the agency environment, a resource completes a project and walks away, but Rahim is always involved, always cares and is always there to answer a question or provide some guidance in order to make the team and the client happy. He’s a pleasure to work with and someone I would always welcome on any project I was working on.

Rahim and I worked on an exploratory project for a new to the agency client. Rahim’s deep knowledge base and strong communication skills made the project run smoothly and gave the client a strong feeling of confidence in the team. I truly enjoyed working with Rahim and would work with him again.

I have had the pleasure of working with Rahim at two different agencies. First, at THINK Interactive in Atlanta, Rahim was hired as a contract developer to architect and build the back-end systems for a large telecommunications client. He spent time getting to know myself and the rest of the team he was working with as well as the client’s position in their space and the requirements laid out before us.

Rahim acted as mentor and teacher to me. I was a front-end web producer with little exposure to actual application integration. Rahim took the time to walk me around .Net, Visual Studio and C# programming so that I had a solid grasp of the work he was doing and how we could best support each other in our respective roles.

In phone conferences, internal and client meetings, Rahim is an observer, taking in everyone’s position, opinion and input before he puts forth his own, well thought solution to any particular problem. He thinks several steps ahead, not only considering the issue on the table, but what future enhancements or related obstacles need to be considered as well. This foresight is shown in malleable application development that easily incorporates new client requirements and requests without having to rethink or rewrite existing solutions.

I was more than happy to recommend Rahim for an open contract position at Razorfish when we needed .Net architecture help. The project involved new media and as opposed to a traditional web application. Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to work with him directly; however, the feedback from my colleagues who worked with him and met him around the office was overwhelmingly positive – and even enhanced my own reputation for having suggested such a knowledgeable and talented person for our work. Working with Rahim was a great experience, and I sincerely look forward to the next opportunity to share a project with him
